St. Elias Mines Ltd. - Hearing Concludes in BC Supreme Court - Decision under Reserve
Vancouver, B.C. May 28, 2013 St. Elias Mines Ltd. (SLI-TSX-V) (the “Company”) reports that the hearing of the Hastman Petition has concluded in BC Supreme Court. The Petition was heard over a period of 6 days from May 7 through May 28, 2013. The presiding judge, Mr. Justice Steeves, reserved his decision in this matter. The Company expects the decision to be delivered soon. When the decision is delivered, the Company will provide a further update.
