(News - Market indicators) is pleased to report that the cease trade order (the "CTO") issued May 17, 2013 by the Autorité des marchés financiers has been revoked on August 2nd, 2013. The CTO was issued because of the corporation's delay in filing its annual financial statement prior to April 30, 2013 as required under Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations. All required documentation have now been filed and are available at www.sedar.com.
During this period, the Corporation was active on the St-Robert-Beauce and Belleterre- Témiscamingue properties and plans expanded activities on these properties in 2013.
Belleterre-Temiscamingue Qc - JAG obtained recent results on channel sampling executed at the end of 2012. Ninety-two samples were collected, twenty-nine showed grades varying between 1 gram to 133.5 gr. Twelve boulder samples were collected from 24m. within a shear zone of quartz veins that yielded values of 0.81 to 30.7 gr. gold respectively. Ten boulder samples collected over the Village zone extension for approximately 27m show values in the range of 1.95 to 15.75 gr. Au. St-Robert-Beauce Qc - Surveys of 2012 have shown mineralization in Pb, Zn, Ag and W mainly in the southern and central zones of the property. The metals tend to concentrate in sulphide as sphalerite and galena. Four drill holes did not intercepted significant gold value but confirmed the existence of significant silver concentrations. Data show that the property contains zones of rich content of silver and possibly tungsten and gold.
