Mercator Minerals Files Technical Report on Intergeo MMC Ltd's Ak-Sug Copper Project
Vancouver, B.C. January 27, 2014 - Mercator Minerals Ltd (TSX: ML) (the "Company" or "Mercator") in connection with the proposed business combination between the Company and Intergeo MMC Ltd., as announced on December 12, 2013, the Company has filed today, under Mercator's profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com), the Preliminary Economic Assessment Report ("PEA") on Intergeo MMC Ltd's Ak-Sug copper project. The PEA, dated November 8, 2012, was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and can also be found on the Company's website.
