New policies and initiatives in mining and exploration will be addressed at the Government led sessions organised on 1 April.

  • What should be the range of operations covered by the Code on Subsoil?
  • Should the Code on Subsoil also include some specific norms of tax regulation, customs regulation etc.?
  • What are vision and expectations for the Code on Subsoil from the mining companies, oil & gas companies, governmental institutions?
