Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA - Oct. 29, 2014 - The Board of Directors of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: GAS) declared a quarterly dividend rate of $0.49 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on Dec. 1, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2014.  This marks the 268th consecutive quarterly dividend the company has paid since 1948.
