The Directors of The O.T. Mining Corporation (�O.T.�) held a
Special Board Meeting on November 9, 2014 to clear all misunderstandings
about the statements issued on their behalf by Mr. Corey Safran.
The fully assembled Board voted a motion to confirm their continued
support and approval of Ms. Christensen as President of O.T.
Her determination and dedication to steer the company through
difficult times was mentioned and the Board particularly emphasized
that they relied on her to continue seeking out a major exploration
financing transaction.
It was noted that the previous Board Meeting Minutes had neither
been signed by several Directors nor did they reflect the views
of the majority of the Members of the Board and that a Director,
unfamiliar with board room procedures, may have been misled by
the proceedings. The Minutes would be redacted to reflect the
views of the Board
The Board expressed its determination to promote shareholder
value and appointed Mr. P.Y. Le Dilicocq as CEO and CFO. Mr.
Le Dilicocq brings experience in venture capital sourcing and
from having successively held the post of Secretary Treasurer
and Vice -President of a public gold exploration company.
