Resignation of CFO

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 29, 2015 (TSX-V: BCG) - BCGold Corp. ("BCGold" or the "Company") the Company announces that Mr. Robert Anderson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. While the Company continues to interview candidates as successor to Mr. Anderson, Brian Fowler will serve as Acting Chief Financial Officer in a temporary capacity. The Company would like to thank Mr. Anderson for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
