Price of Shares Issued under Share Purchase Plan
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (Golden Rim or Company, ASX:GMR) today announced that it had determined the issue price of the shares to be issued under the Share Purchase Plan lodged with the ASX on 30 October 2013 (Plan). The issue price is 1.02 cents per share which represents a 10% discount to the volume weighted average price of the Company's shares sold on ASX over the five trading days before the date the shares are issued under the Plan (ie. the five trading days before 26
November 2013).
The Company received valid applications for $765,000 worth of shares. Accordingly, 74,999,964 shares will be issued under the Plan today. Set out below are the parcels of shares made in accordance with relevant applications:
