On 2 December 2014, the Company received a notification from Mr Lars Bader stating that, following the termination on 1 December 2014 of the voting rights agreement entered into with Worldview Capital Management SA, Mr Bader controls voting rights over 7,773,532 ordinary shares, representing 3.63%* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
