Director Resignation
Golden Rim Resources Ltd (Golden Rim or Company; ASX: GMR) today announced that Mr Martin Pyle has agreed to resign from the board of Golden Rim following the repayment of the Company's loan with Aurora Minerals Limited (Aurora), due to be repaid on 2 May 2015.
Mr Pyle is currently Aurora's representative on the Board of Golden Rim.
