DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Forte Energy NL ("Forte" or "the Company") (AIM: FTE), advises that Mr James Leahy has resigned from his position as non-executive director for personal reasons with effect from yesterday, 26 August 2015.
Mr Leahy has been a director of Forte since April 2012.
Chairman Glenn Featherby commented, "on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mr Leahy for the valuable contribution he has made over the past three years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours".
