1:3 Entitlements Offer closes Friday 27 November 2015
The WPG Resources Ltd (ASX:WPG) 1:3 Entitlements Offer announced on 2 November 2015 is scheduled to close at 5pm (Sydney time) on Friday 27 November 2015.
The Company confirms that the Closing Date will not be changed, and the Offer will close this coming Friday at 5pm as previously advised.
Eligible Shareholders wishing to take up their entitlement or apply for additional shares and options under the Top-up Offer are advised to apply in accordance with the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form prior to the close of the offer.
You can make payment by cheque or BPAY. Cheques must be received by the Share Registry by 5pm on 27 November 2015. Payments must be received by BPAY before 5pm on 27 November 2015. Please allow time for mailing of your cheque or processing of BPAY.
