EXPIRY OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
The Directors of A-Cap Resources Limited wish to advise that 1,000,000 unlisted options previously issued by the Company have lapsed unexercised on 15 December 2015.
The lapsed options are:
- 1,000,000 options exercisable at 40 cents each
The Company's capital structure following the lapsing of the unlisted options is now as follows: Listed shares
482,070,002 - Ordinary fully paid
Unlisted options
1,500,000 - Options exercisable at 33 cents per option expiring 31 January 2016
5,700,000 - Options exercisable at 9 cents per option expiring 31 October 2017
10,000 - Options exercisable at eighty percent (80%) of market price per option at the time of issue
