Share Consolidation
February 24, 2016 GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA ? New Nadina Explorations Limited (the ?Company?) (TSX-V: NNA) announces that pursuant to the articles of the Company, which were adopted by way of special resolution of the shareholders of the Company at its 2014 AGM held on January 7, 2014, the Board of Directors have approved a share consolidation on a basis of ten (10) old shares for one (1) new share (the ?Share Consolidation?).
The Share Consolidation remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
