Employee Share Scheme buy-back complete
ABM Resources NL ("ABM" or "the Company") advises that it finalized the buy-back of shares under the terms of an employee share scheme as advised on 27 May 2016. The shares have been subsequently cancelled reducing the total number of shares on issue to 375,157,803. In accordance with Listing Rule 3.8A, please find also attached a copy of the latest ASIC Form 484.
The shares have been recovered from former directors of the Company in order to offset loans that were provided to the former directors to acquire the shares through the employee share scheme. Accordingly, the buy-back did not involve any transfer of cash.
