UPDATE ON STRATEGIC REVIEW
Aditya Birla Minerals Limited (ABML; ASX:ABY) refers to its previous statements that it was aiming to conclude the current strategic review by the end of the March quarter 2016, but this timing was dependent on a number of factors (including, but not limited to, prevailing market conditions and unforeseen circumstances).
ABML advises its shareholders that the strategic review is ongoing and certain due diligence and negotiations are still progressing. In view of this, the strategic review is now expected to conclude by the end of April 2016.
