Notification of Subscription by Sino-Aus
Altona (AIM: ANR) is pleased to announce that further to the notification of 16 December Sino-Aus Energy Group Limited has delivered an executed subscription letter to the Company in respect of 100 million ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.5 pence per share, raising £500,000 for Altona. The funds are expected to be received by the Company in mid-January 2016 at which point an application to admit these shares to trading will be made and the Company will make a further announcement.

About Altona
Altona is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. Its principal focus is on the evaluation and development of the Company's flagship Arckaringa Project to exploit the significant coal resources contained in three exploration licences covering 2,500 sq. kms in the northern portion of the Permian Arckaringa Basin in South Australia.
