(the 'Company') (TSX-V:GRV) announces that further to the Company's news release of July 6, 2016 regarding a non-brokered private placement of 4,000,000 units for total proceeds of $600,000, the Company wishes to increase the financing of the non-brokered private placement to 4,666,666 units for total proceeds of $700,000. All terms of the private placement will remain the same. The Company will close the private placement immediately upon receiving final TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
