LEXAM VG GOLD ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
May 9, 2016, Toronto, Ontario, Canada: Lexam VG Gold Inc. At the Meeting, shareholders also voted to approve the appointment of Collins Barrow Toronto LLP as auditors of the Company, with Votes For totaling 103,816,331 shares, representing 99.67% of shares voted.
