Appointment of Director
The Directors of Scotgold Resources Limited (ASX:SGZ AIM:SGZ) wish to announce the appointment of Gabriel Chiappini as a director of the company. Mr Chiappini is an Australian chartered accountant with extensive corporate experience within Australia and the UK. Mr Chiappini has worked in the exploration and mining sector for many years. Mr Chiappini is based in Perth, Western Australia and will continue to act in his role as Company Secretary in addition to taking up the directorship.
