CLEANSING NOTICE
This notice is given by Tasman Resources Ltd (Tasman) under section 708A(5)(e) and 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).
On 1 June 2016, Tasman issued 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: TAS), (the Shares) pursuant to the exercise of unlisted options issued to Tasman's employees under the ESOP.
The Shares are in a class of securities that was quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange at all times in the last three months before the date on which they were issued.
Tasman gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act in connection with the Shares referred to above.
Tasman issued the Shares without disclosure to the employees under Part 6D of the Act. As at the date of this notice, Tasman has complied with:

the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Tasman; and
-
section 674 of the Act.
As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information as described in section 708A(7) and
(8) of the Act.
