RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Doray Minerals Ltd (ASX: DRM, Doray, the Company), today advised that Mr Allan Brown, Non‐Executive Director, has given notice of his resignation from the Company, effective immediately, to pursue other business interests.
Mr Brown was previously a Non‐Executive Director and Chairman of Mutiny Gold Limited and came onto the Board of Doray Minerals in February 2015 following the acquisition of Mutiny Gold Limited by Doray.
Mr Brown brought a wealth of mining and metallurgy experience to the Doray Board and has given significant input to the Board as the Company developed its newest gold asset, the Deflector Gold Project.
Doray's Chairman, Mr Peter Lester, said Mr Brown had played a key part in the recent growth of the Company and on behalf of the Board wish him and his family all the best for the future.
