PASSING OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Strategic Minerals Corporation NL is deeply saddened by the passing of its Managing Director Mr Walter "Wally" Martin.
On behalf of the Company and the board of Directors, I express my deepest sympathy to the Martin family.
Mr Martin has been involved with the Company since 1991 and he will be greatly missed. The Company will remain in suspension until a third director is appointed.
