AXE EXPLORATION SHAREHOLDERS PASS ALL RESOLUTIONS AT ITS 2016 ANNUAL MEETING
Laval, Canada, April 1st, 2016 - Axe Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: AXQ) (the "Company") announces the results of its Shareholders Annual Meeting, held March 31st, 2016, in Laval, Quebec.
At the meeting, the shareholders of the Company voted for the election as director of each of the 4 nominees listed in the Information Circular as well as for the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as Auditors of the Company.
