Toronto, Ontario - April 7, 2016 - Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX: WDO) and Canoe Mining Ventures Corp. (TSXV: CLV) are pleased to announce that the parties have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Wesdome has agreed to purchase from Canoe Mining, a 100% interest in the Coldstream Project and the Hamlin-Deaty Creek Property, which are adjacent to Wesdome's Moss Lake properties located 100 kilometres due west of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
