BCM Resources Corporation Arranges Shares for Debt
Vancouver, BC - BCM Resources Corporation (TSX-V: B), the 'Company' announces
that it has arranged to settle an outstanding debt owed to a property vendor by issuing an aggregate of 300,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.25 per common share. The amount of indebtedness settled by this arrangement is $75,000.
Such arrangement is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The shares to be issued in connection with this debt settlement will be subject to a four month hold period from date of issuance.
