Vancouver, BC -- October 23, 2015 -- Standard Graphite Corp. (TSXV: SGH) ('Standard') or (the 'Company')') announces that at the Company's annual general and special meeting held on September 14, 2015 (the 'AGM'), the Company's shareholders approved the following: election of Chris Bogart, Hamish Greig and Mike Philpot as directors, ratified a 10% rolling stock option plan, a corporate name change, share consolidation of up to ten (10) to one (1). Additionally, subsequent to the change of the Company's auditors from BDO Canada to Smythe Ratcliffe, LLP ('Smythe') effective September 1, 2015, Smythe was re-appointed at the AGM as the Company's auditors for the ensuing year.
Additionally, the board would like to note that at this time the share consolidation and the name change have neither been approved by the regulatory authority nor been effected.
