ASX ANNOUNCEMENT / MEDIA RELEASE ASX:ABU
3 August 2016
Management Changes
As part of the transition of ABM Resources NL ("ABM" or the "Company") to a focused exploration company, the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Brett Lambert has resigned. Mr Lambert will assist with an orderly handover of duties over the coming months.
Brett, a highly experienced mining engineer, joined the company in October 2015 initially as interim Chief Executive Officer and has since steered the company through a difficult period of mining and corporate action. Mining and processing concluded in the June 2016 Quarter and the Coyote Gold Plant was returned to Tanami Gold NL in mid-July 2016. The Company would like to thank Brett for his dedication and leadership over this period and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
The company has initiated a search for an experienced exploration executive to focus and unlock the discovery potential of ABM's large and strategic tenure. The Chairman, Mr.
Tommy McKeith, will assist until a suitable candidate is appointed. Signed
Tommy McKeith
Chairman
