Change of Auditors
The Company announces that Hall Chadwick (HC) have been appointed as the Auditors of the Company effective from 24 May 2016 until the next annual general meeting at which shareholders' approval will be sought for their re-appointment and continuation as the Auditors.
The appointment of HC follows resigning of Ernst & Young (EY) and ASIC consenting to EY's resignation.
The change of Auditors has occurred as part of corporate cost review and HC was appointed after considering proposals from a number of audit firms.
The Company appreciates and thanks EY for their professional services as the Auditors.
