(Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) Update
Triton Minerals Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (the Company) announces that the Deed Administrators and Mr Garth Higgo have entered into a short term agreement, effective from 3 July 2016.
The following sets out the key terms of the agreement.
Position
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Commencement and Duration
Commencement date is 3 July 2016. The term of the agreement is 3 months from the commencement date and subject to the rights of termination. The expiry date may be extended by mutual agreement.
Remuneration
Cash Salary of $400,000 per annum plus superannuation.
Termination
Either party may termination the agreement by giving the other one week's notice in writing.
