') announces that it has filed on SEDAR an amended National Instrument 43-101 ('NI 43-101') technical report dated October 30, 2015 prepared by Andrew J. Vigar of Mining Associates Limited for its Lomonosovskoye Iron project (the 'Amended Report').
The Amended Report addresses comments provided by the BCSC to bring some of the items in the NI 43-101 technical report dated February 14, 2015 entitled 'Independent Technical Report on the Lomonosovskoye Iron Project, Republic of Kazakhstan' into compliance with the requirements of NI 43-101. The Amended Report does not change the mineral resource estimate contained in the original report dated February 14, 2015 and announced by the Company in a news release dated February 23, 2015.
Mr. Andrew Vigar, BCppSc, FAusIMM, MSEG, of Mining Associates Limited, a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43‐101, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this news release. Mr. Vigar is an independent technical consultant to the Company.
