APPPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Sundance Resources Limited ("Sundance" or "the Company") (ASX:SDL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Marinkovich as Contract Company Secretary effective 29 August 2016. Mrs Marinkovich has extensive corporate experience working with listed and unlisted mining companies both within Australia and internationally.
Mr Alan Rule will remain on the Board of Sundance as a non-Executive Director.
