Hill End Gold Limited ('the Company') advises of the placement of 63,904,525 HEG shares at 0.2 cents per share ($127,809) to employees and consultants as payment for salaries and consulting fees. An Appendix 3B is attached.
In accordance with the requirements of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ("the Act") under which this notice is given, the Company confirms that:
