TORONTO (AP) _ Dominion Diamond Corp. (DDC) on Thursday reported a loss of $32.9 million in its fiscal second quarter.
The Toronto-based company said it had a loss of 39 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and asset impairment costs, were 5 cents per share.
The diamond mining company posted revenue of $160 million in the period.
Dominion Diamond shares have fallen 15 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $8.71, a drop of 30 percent in the last 12 months.
