Completion of Rights Issue, Issued Capital and Top 20
Crater Gold Mining Limited (CGN, or the Company) is pleased to announce the completion of its non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue of one (1) share for every eight (8) shares held at A$(0.07) (7 cents) per share (the Rights Issue). After accounting for ineligible jurisdictions, the Rights Issue resulted in subscriptions for approximately $2,076,000 in new shares. As stated in the Rights Issue offer letter, approximately $1.6 million in debt owed by the Company to Freefire Technology Ltd has been retired as a result of the Rights Issue, and additional general working capital has been raised for the Company.
The Company has today issued and allotted 29,663,190 new shares and seeks quotation of those shares.
The Company's issued capital following the Rights Issue is attached.
In addition, a Top 20 Shareholder List for the Company's quoted shares coded CGN is attached.
