Triton Minerals Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (the 'Company') announces that:
Results of General Meeting
At the General Meeting held today, the members approved each of the resolutions set out in the Company's notice of general meeting dated 17 August 2016, on a show of hands.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ('Corporations Act'), set out below are the details of the total number of proxy votes which were exercisable in respect of each resolution considered at the General Meeting and the outcome of each resolution considered.
Appointment of Directors
Pursuant to the powers under section 442A of the Corporations Act, the Deed Administrators have re-appointed Garth Higgo and Paula Ferreira as directors of the Company, effective immediately upon them ceasing to be directors by reason of clause 13.4 of the Company's constitution.
