DEED OF COMPANY ARRANGEMENT EFFECTUATED
CONTROL OF THE COMPANY HAS REVERTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Triton Minerals Ltd (Triton or the Company) (ASX: TON) is pleased to advise that the Creditors Trust Deed has been executed and that the Trust Fund (which comprises $5,000,000 together with any chose in action or claim that the Company may have against third parties (Company Causes of Action) and the benefit of such Company Causes of Action) has been transferred to the Deed Administrators, who will now be acting as trustees of the Creditors Trust, in accordance with the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA).
Following the abovementioned steps, the DOCA was wholly effectuated on 22 September 2016. Attached is the Form 5056 'Notice that Deed Wholly Effectuated' which was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 23 September 2016.
The Company has complied with the terms of the DOCA and control of the Company has reverted to its Board of Directors.
