(FPX-TSX) ('First Point' or the 'Company') announces that following a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange after the close of trading on Friday, October 14, 2016, the common shares will be listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V), effective at the opening of the market on Monday, October 17th. There will be no interruption in trading of the Company's common shares and the Company's trading symbol will continue to be 'FPX'.
The decision to move to the TSX-V was made in order to reduce annual administrative costs.
