TROY COMPLETES A$40.7 MILLION EQUITY RAISING
Troy Resources Limited (ASX:TRY) (Troy or the Company) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its Retail Entitlement Offer, which completes the Equity Raising announced on Tuesday, 6 September 2016.
The Retail Offer closed on Tuesday, 4 October 2016 and raised a total of A$12.8 million at A$0.36 per New Share.
The Retail component was strongly supported by Eligible Retail Shareholders with a small number of New Shares not taken up in the process being placed with institutional shareholders.
New Shares issued under the Offer will be allotted on Tuesday, 11 October 2016 and will trade on the ASX on a normal settlement basis from Wednesday, 12 October 2016. Holding statements will be despatched on Thursday, 13 October 2016.
