White Rock Minerals Limited (ASX:WRM) refers to its ASX announcement dated 28 September 2016 regarding the 1 for 2 pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of fully paid ordinary shares to existing eligible shareholders at an issue price of $0.015 (1.5 cents) each (Entitlement Offer), and advises that the White Rock board has determined to extend the closing date of the Entitlement Offer by one week.

Applications will now be accepted until 5.00 pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 28 October 2016.
