Resignation of Managing Director
Marmota Energy Limited (ASX:MEU) advises that Mr David Williams has given notice of his resignation as Managing Director and Company Secretary with effect on 13 November 2016.
Dr Colin Rose, Marmota Chairman, said:

Dr Kevin Wills will assume the position of Acting Managing Director from 14 November 2016 until a permanent replacement is announced.
