The Dunkirk, New York-based company said it had net income of 13 cents per share.
The holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank posted revenue of $4.5 million in the period.
Lake Shore Bancorp shares have climbed slightly more than 7 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $14.38, an increase of 6.5 percent in the last 12 months.
