Approval to Extend AGM Date Granted
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has granted approval for Rawson Resources Limited (ASX:RAW) to extend the date to hold its Annual General Meeting to 2nd December 2016.
RAW's decision to hold the AGM on 2nd December was to consolidate international travel of its Board in order to save significant additional travel costs. Furthermore, Director Michael McGowan will be able to attend the meeting in person and provide detailed information on the Company's PNG operations if required.
The Notice of Meeting and Proxy form will be provided to Shareholders under a separate release.
