Vancouver, British Columbia... Parlane Resource Corp. (TSX-V:PPP) ('Parlane') reports that its shareholders approved all resolutions presented to them at its Annual General Meeting (the 'Meeting') held on October 27, 2016. Messrs. Robert Eadie, Gary Arca, Ken Sumanik and David Gunning were reappointed directors for the ensuing year. The shareholders also reappointed Wolrige LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Company's auditors and approved the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.
Subsequent to the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Robert Eadie as President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Gary Arca as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
