Key executive management appointment

Axiom Mining Limited ('Axiom' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Kinsman as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary (Local Agent).
Mr Kinsman has a track record of establishing effective finance teams as well as an extensive background as a senior finance executive in multinational organisations, including 11 years overseeing major development projects with Boeing Australia Limited.
More recently he was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Southern Cross Goldfields Limited and Polymetals Mining Limited, leading their initial public listing process. Prior to that he held the dual roles of Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer at Innamincka Petroleum Limited.
Mr Kinsman has also spent a number of years with global oil and gas companies in Papua New Guinea establishing their in-country finance functions.
Mr Kinsman is currently also the Company Secretary of Mantle Mining Corporation Limited. He holds both Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degrees from the University of Queensland, and is a Member (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
Axiom CEO Mr Ryan Mount said: "David's experience in establishing the finance functions for major commercial expansion coupled with his public company administration expertise will be of great benefit to us as we aim to be a key regional producer with the development of the world-class Isabel Nickel Project"
Mr Paul Frederiks resigns as Company Secretary (Local Agent). Axiom wishes to thank Mr Frederiks for his commitment and diligent work, especially during such a transitional phase for the Company.
