REPAYMENT OF PIO MINES LOAN
Flinders Mines Limited (ASX:FMS) advises that it has completed the repayment of a loan (including interest) of $2,023,518 from PIO Mines Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of TIO (NZ) Limited) from part of the proceeds raised by the non-renounceable Entitlement Offer, which closed on 4 November 2016.
