BOARD CHANGES
Manas Resources Limited (ASX: MSR) ("Manas" or "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Kelly as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Kelly is a geologist and experienced Company Director. Currently General Manager of Corporate Strategy at ASX listed gold miner Resolute Mining Limited, Mr Kelly is responsible for strategic business analysis and project evaluation. Mr Kelly has served in various senior executive roles in the resources sector for the last 30 years including as a geologist, investment banker, and corporate advisor. Mr Kelly is currently a Non-Executive director of ASX listed Predictive Discovery Limited and has previously served as a Director of Ridge Resources Limited, Renaissance Minerals Limited and Pacific Ore Limited.
Mr Colin Carson, a founding director of the Company, has resigned due to increasing work commitments. The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Carson for his service and significant efforts over the past nine years.
