APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Flinders Mines Limited (Flinders or the Company) is pleased to announce that independent non- executive director, Mr Neil Warburton has been appointed as the Company's Chairman with effect from 20 December 2016.
Mr Warburton, who has over 35 years' experience in all areas of mining operations and management was appointed to the Flinders' Board on 19 October 2016.
Mr Warburton replaces Mr Robert Kennedy as Chairman. The Board expresses their gratitude to Mr Kennedy for his tireless contribution and outstanding service as Chairman of the Company since 2001. Mr Kennedy will continue on the Board as a non-executive director for the time being.
