MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Doray Minerals Ltd (ASX: DRM, "Doray" or "the Company") advises that Mr Allan Kelly has ceased employment with the Company with effect from Monday 19 December 2016.
As previously advised, Mr Leigh Junk has been appointed to perform the duties of Managing Director of Doray for a four month period while the Company assesses its options in relation to this role.
Mr Junk is a Mining Engineer with almost 25 years' experience. He has significant corporate and commercial expertise and has been a Non-Executive Director of Doray since May 2011.
Mr Junk (via an entity he controls) will be paid a monthly fee of $36,500 (excluding gst) under the terms of a Service Agreement with the Company.
