Cleansing Notice
This notice is given by Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR), under section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act).
The Company gives notice that, on Friday 25 November 2016 during business hours in the UK, it issued 446,570,973 ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of the Company (refer ASX Appendix 3B, dated 28 November 2016), without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act.
This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act and accordingly as at the date of this notice:

the Company has complied with:

the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company;

section 674 of the Act;

there is no information which is "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company under section 708A(6)(e) of the Act.
